We are more than willing to help re-design and re-do the entire project at no additional charge.

In some instances, however, the re-design may call for additional or upgraded materials

in which only the difference in price will be incurred.

If there is a flaw or imperfection in the materials or workmanship... 

The Frame Shack policy is to replace or repair the imperfection until the customer is completely satisfied. 

Our policy also requires that any repair or change must be done in a timely manner.
